There are three ways to gain points: Manpower, Knowledge and Wealth
General Rules:
- Each participant
must be clearly marked and registered under one team at a time. Failure to do so will result in no points accumulated for that person or that person's team.
- Participants may change teams only twice.
- Participants cannot change teams 12 hours prior to end of the game. However, they can still opt-out.
- Participants may opt out and join the neutral party at any time, but they must surrender any points they've accumulated. If the participant has opted out and joined the neutral team, they may not join another team. However, neutral participants can join a team until 12 hours before the forum game ends.
Knowledge:
- Every hour that PoultryChamp or another Quizzer is awake a question will be posted. Participants of each team can then PM ____ and answer the question. Each team will gain 3 points per correct answer. However, it isn't so simple. For every communist, they will only retain 1 point for themselves - 2 will go to the team. For every freedom team member 1 point will go to the team while they retain 2 points for themselves. Neutral party members will receive 1.5 points individually and 1.5 for the neutral team. The individual with the most points, who is also a resident of the United States, will win a 1-month RuneScape Membership card.
TRIVIA
ManPower: - This is war. It's about annihilating your opponent. The goal here is to overpower your opponent's forum. Here's how it works:
- Communist A posts a topic in The Freedom team's forum, gaining 1 point for their team.
- For every consecutive post made in this topic by the Communist Team, the Team also gains another point per post. If a member of Freedom Fighters posts before the topic is locked, this negates one point.
- Freedom Fighter C locks the topic, therefore gaining 4 points for his team.
The conflict is that for every 1 point you can score, you give your opponent a chance to score 4 points per topic. Your team can also lose points if the opposite team was to post in your topic while it was still open.
Wealth: - Plant Flags, grow wealth, buy missiles.
By planting team flags
in your own team forum you will work towards being able to use a nuclear missile. For every 50 flags you plant (number them), you may use ONE nuclear missile. By using the nuclear missile in your opponents forum - by creating a new topic and placing the

in the topic - your opponent CANNOT close that topic until 10 minutes have passed. If your opponent closes your topic prematurely, 20 points will be taken from them and transferred to you. We call that radiation poisoning.
Only one nuclear missile may be made by each individual at a time. Team members cannot help eachother to make a missile.
Neutral Party:
Your job is really just to keep an eye out for rule-breakers and people wandering around without a team. You can also keep score.
Removing People From Your TeamIf you suspect someone is spying or being detrimental to your team, you have the ability to kick them out. Both teams may kick a person out
after a vote which receives 5 or more votes in favor of kicking them out. These people will be stripped of access to the private forum and marked as a Neutral team member. From there, they may join the other team. Their points go with them.
Please keep all votes private. Communists should contact PoultryChamp or MC to have this person stripped of their access rights.
MOST ACTIVE PRIZESThe most active individual in each team - communist or freedom - will receive a 1-month RuneScape Membership card. Most active will be determined by posts made in the forums during such events + mod actions (if applicable). Only US residents.
THESE RULES CAN BE AMENDED AT ANY TIME FOR BALANCE IN THE GAME. PLEASE LOOK AT THESE RULES REGULARLY. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT CHEATERS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND FORFEIT ALL POINTS. POINTS WILL BE UPDATED ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS UNTIL WEDNESDAY, THE 28TH, FOR ACCURACY. THE GAME WILL OFFICIALLY END SUNDAY NIGHT AT 9PM PST, BUT TALLYING POINTS MAY TAKE DAYS. AN UNOFFICIAL SCORE CAN BE KEPT BY EACH TEAM, BUT DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE FAST-MOVING GAME, THESE UNOFFICIAL SCORES SHOULD BE CONSIDERED INACCURATE. THANK YOU.
