That was such a close battle, Magicarp almost won!

This isn't even a hard question to answer. The video doesn't actually follow the rules of Pokemon, but if it did, the Ditto would have won long ago.

When ditto transforms, although he transforms into the other pokemon and has the same moves, he only has 5 pp of each move. Seeing as the other Magickarp has 20, after 5 rounds the ditto would start damaging the magickarp and would win.
