This piece here was originally something i created in a fine-liner pen. I've basically inked the image you might say inside Adobe Illustrator CS3. This particular image comes from my assignment brief at college where we are being made to create a comic book front cover and a couple of pages. This is John, the main character. If people enjoy the work then hopefully I can make something perhaps like a web-comic! This is my second attempt inside Adobe Illustrator, my first was creating a self-portrait which was later mixed with Adobe Photoshop.

Looking good man! I'd love to see some kind of web comic but I think you should make some tutorials first. Would be nice!

I don't have the patience to put that much detail into my vector art. You did an awesome job! (Hope you get an A)

I think the majority of it was aided by the fact I've drawn it out several times previously, so whenever i started to feel like giving up at least I'd have those references there to keep me going. Alot of the time it gets quite difficult if you can't see the outcome of it. I honestly spent 1 hour working on a bow yesterday, I was about half way through and gave up, sometimes you just can't win :D. Thanks for all the great comments I appreciate them alot! Those who give me the feedback are the ones who push me more to do well and you guys aid me so much!
