I just found the skill cape in the models of there client and i just found out what the new skill they are going to relese

I dont think that this is a new skill. First of all because the skillcape is in very low detail and if they are going to take a picture of the skillcape it would be taken from all parts and else. Second, a skill of music? For what? It wont be usuful this skill. Maybe to restore energy quicker but this is just one use, ONE USE FOR A SKILL!? This is a lie from you. And a detail is that you would write better this cool announcement, with better grammar.

That cape might be a reward for unlocking all of the songs, but I doubt it will be the new skill.

This is just a little old, and it's not likely to be a new skill but more like the quest cape (it's trimmed is it not?)

perhaps thats prob why i couldnt find a normal cape that was not t i found the hood thoe :)

Remember that not everything found in the game cache gets used. Remember those preliminary pictures of the Dragon Pickaxe?

And heaven forbid anyone should think of something that you can't.

Personally I'd love Music as a skill, but if this is anything it's just a reward for unlocking all the songs. Possibly trimming the quest cape, and vice versa. But I'm not totally convinced this isn't fake to begin with.

I think this is the Song Cape or whatever you want to call it, for unlocking 500+ songs.

There's already an emote for that. If it happens, it'll probably be for unlocking all the songs.

This is 100% real. The cape has been there for a while. It's for unlocking all the songs. They said they'd have a cape for songs a long time ago.

Yeh, I heard Rumors about this. Looks likely to be for unlocking all the music tracks.
Not sure why it would be of use though? Perhaps it restores energy faster like someone suggested, Who knows?

I have found the hood and the Un Timmed cape and jagex will not relese this prob till the skill is done because thats why he added the music people around Runescape.

It could be a new cape, but not a whole new skill ;)

I think they were thinking of making a cape for unlocking every song, then they decided to expand on it and make the whole musicians thing instead. But maybe there will be some kind of music-related skill, nobody knows.

Jagex did mention that they might be adding a few new capes to the game for achievements, such as music cape.

Cape for unlocking all songs. Very old.

The music cape was scrapped, chances are we won't see this released. I'm glad too, seeing as one song requires a 1 in 10K drop.

I dropped my first and only champion's scroll.

I had no idea what it was so I tossed it to make room for trading sticks.

The music cape wasn't scrapped, that was the RSC cape. We haven't heard anything more about thid.

I have no idea how people come up with these stupid skill ideas. They are all over the RSOF and they are pretty much all rubbish..

A cape for all songs (which is pretty much a quest cape as you have to have a quest cape to get all the songs) has been discussed for ages.

I don't like the idea. New songs come out with every quest, minigame, new area, new dungeon, etc. It doesn't seem right to take away the cape every week.

In saying that, I'm not against a bard skill / ability.

If the skill will be music, it'll at least be a little more interesting than sailing... =P

It won't be the next one, as it's been done in other games, but thats not ruling bard/music out for the future.

We also have the quest cape, which is also taken away every week?


And I'm also interested in how you got the models?!

It's not that hard to go out and get a new music track? Just head to the area. Sorry if I'm wrong, I haven't played RS for ages. Do some require quests to be done to unlock the track?

There are so many rest spots on RuneScape so if it is Music it has nothing to do with resting.
