im new here so i was wondering where do i find the actual site for this game so i can register my account and have a good name when it starts up :P

There is no site yet ... And you will be able to use your RuneScape account (Jagex account) so if you want to register a new name you can do it on runescape.com.

The website, without a doubt, can be reached by going to www.mechscape.com when it is released.
Perhaps www.stellardawn.com as well if that turns out to be the real name.
