Looks pretty cool, to me.
It's ok. You could possible work on it a little more but overall pretty good.
You can't really see the bottom of the V.
Perhaps move the text up or change the colour?

Make the text bolder, but other than that it's pretty awesome. Good job.
I think the use of transparency contradicts with having a boxed in edge feeling.

I agree, maybe continue the fluxy shape out and then fade it down.
