I'm not sure why but that is the convention. For example "The USPTO will automatically convert your mark into all upper case letters... because this is the requirement for a typed format". Maybe it's for consistency or to prevent confusion between I's and L's.

Using FULL CAPS to write names and emphasis words has a long history of usage, dating back to the Roman period. Using uppercase in legal documents puts emphasis on the name/word, or gives it another definition entirely.
If this is a FunOrb game, it won't be out for a while. Bachelor Fridge has been trademarked for months, and still isn't out.
If we all think it's a FunOrb game, why is this still in MechScape General?

Nice work - obviously a funorb game but even so great find!
Good find, like everyone is saying, it's probably some Fun Orb game or maybe a mini game for MS! ha
I would venture to say that it is FunOrb related. I doubt that it would be a whole new MMO and obviously RuneScape isn't really going to have name with in a name deal going on. It's one of those projects where we will find out eventually, or never if they decide against it.
Thanks for posting this. It'll probably be a FunOrb game, though. I doubt it's MechScape-related.

its a minigame in runescape where the legends of old - (sliske, zaros, bandos, arrav, azzandara, ect) all fight each other, and you can join in for rare high-leveld armour! (i hope :s)

I, personally think that this means there will be a new FunOrb game, because it mentions in the Trademark that it's under downloads, wallpapers, etc. Almost every FunOrb game has something like this, so I would reason that it's a new FunOrb game. Of course, that's just my reasoning, I could be wrong. Have been before!

That was because the name. Stellar is from Stellar Shard(funorb game) and Dawn is from Zombie Dawn (funorb game).
And there is no hints that Jagex are working on a new thirdscape.

Pretty sure, it has nothing to do with Stellar Dawn. Looks like a funorb game considering a lot of FunOrb games are getting their own website.
It could be hinting to a special new area during and after a second Godwars. It could be a quest and when you are halfway through the whole map changes into ruins and overrun with high leveled monsters. I was actually thinking about this the other week. And after the quest everything is being repared.

I don't know for sure that it's run by Jagex, but the account's profile image was the dragon before the trademark was filed.

Arcanists, Brick-À-Brac, RuneScape, Steel Sentinels, Armies of Gielinor and Wizard Run all have dragons; why wouldn't they just call it "Dungeon Assault 2?"
