At first I was like "ew bevel and emboss" but taking a second look at it, I can tell you spent a good amount of time on it, good job.

My suggestion: Experiment with changing the orange to other colors, I think a blue would look mighty fine.

I think it looks great! If Jagex officially changes the name to StellarDawn, I bet a ton of people will use it! It looks awesome!

I'm hoping the forum uses it actually.
I just made it for fun, but it turned out pretty good and I'm open to critiquing to make it better too.
I did a green version and I need to perfect the color changes and make some more colors too to see what would look the best, although personally I like it orange.

Well if you have any other versions of the Banner, I'd love to see!

What colors would everybody like to see?
(I have to do it the hard way, hue/saturation on the entire thing didn't end up looking right.)

Aren't the orange whisps in a new layer that you could just change the hue/saturation of?
I was looking for a blue like the one in the current MSW forums banner.

Yes, all of the pen tooling, glows, ect. everything I would change the colors of are on separate layers, but I have to mess with all the layer styles to get the colors right because they have glows and such on different blending modes.

I'll do it eventually, but photoshop is just something I do when I'm bored.
