Anyway, just really want ratings, pros, cons, and so on. Really trying to improve on my graphic art skills.
I didn't feel like using any cheesy filters besides a blur or two, so a little plain.

I like it. just the sideways part annoys me xD

Yeah, I tried to do a quick signature to use on the board because by posts were honestly pretty blank.
First time curving text like that so it kind of annoyed me a little.

The sideways made it look epic. I love it, but its a bit confusing. Try to tune it down a bit.

I like it except the sideways part makes it look weird. My head wants to turn to the left to look at it. Other than that, I like it.

Lol same. I actually found myself turning my head.

I find the lack of constructive criticism... disturbing.

• The border is overpowering the rest of the image.
• The text is illegible and easy to overlook.
• The pose and shadows on the women are disorienting.
• The hair and shirt of the women feels out of place with the other more neutral tones used.
• The sky of the background draws the viewer's eye away from the centre of the image.

I can pretty much put up with that Hay

A many have said, Just sort the sideways bit. Then it will be pretty good

Um... A sig looks better if you have to figure it out. It's not
suposed to be in perfect order and strait perfect text.

So you think the image cannot be improved?

The title states that its the first, when there are hundreds more made ages ago.
The inner glow border is horrible and I don't believe you made the girl in the background, you just copied and pasted the image off some random site as someone who can draw like that doesn't shove everything into one layer then shove a massive inner glow on it.
Its a fail image, nothing to do with mechscape there, it just has attack on it plus some random sci-fi chick which you probably don't even have permission to use the render for. If I didn't know any better, you aren't too good with photoshop are you? :p

Not to be a blatant ass, but there are so many things wrong with this.
Like, uh, first off, she is Rubi, main protagonist of the upcoming game WET. This image is a direct rendered cut from the game's promotional poster and case.
The render was found via Planetrenders, a public render site which specifically states that their renders are to be freely used by members.
So much more to explain, and so little time to explain it.
All I have left to say is that I've had years of Photoshop experience. Needless to say that I openly accept constructive criticism but this wasn't constructive, this was insulting with no provocation whatsoever.
Thanks for looking at it and saying it fails though. Not trying to be a jerk, just think before speaking if that doesn't sound too demanding.

Thanks everybody else, about the sideways thing, I wanted more of the render on it and it was vertically large. :/
