Bridge of Lava
Once, in a tiny island unknown to life, was a volcano that continuously flowed lava. On the island, there used to be a very successful civilization. But the city was put to an end when the volcano started continuously leaking lava.
Now, there only remains was a bridge, that went over what was now a lava stream. The bridge is cracked from all the heat but still stands. The air above the island is always a toxic gray and sunlight has never touched the island in 3,000,000 years. Despite being unknown to life, one Laverong lived there. A Laverong is a creature with a dragon-like head, and it's unique body floats above the lava. The body is like a flag on it's side. The Laverong's body smoothly waving up and down. The Laverong does that unique movement by bending the energy around him, like the heat. This wave-like movement keep the Laverong afloat in the air.
There are only 13 Laverongs alive since they live for almost forever. But the 13 of them have created a system based on the lava streams. These lava streams head out of the big volcano, which is at the middle of the island. Here are paths heading out, so the Laverongs travel the same way the lava streams are flowing.
In over a thousand years, the Laverongs have built a big house where they all live. In the house they comfort each other, and though they do not talk they can speak to each other by knowing what the other is thinking and feeling. Each Laverong is special to one another and dear to each other.
The Laverongs also accomplished light bending, the ability to bend light from one place to another or blind someone. Light bending also gives an opportunity to time travel since going at the speed of light or faster you can go backward or forward in time. Light can also burn someone if they use UV rays.
In the city of Chicago, there was a puppy that was never treated well, the puppy's name was Sav. He was the only puppy that knew about the island and was determined to go there for he knew the Laverongs would treat him kindly. Since the puppy knows about them, Sav was automatically lava-heat proof! Sav would leave the next Sunday so he could pack up for the journey.
When it was Sunday Sav left on a strong raft with walls and a roof so no water could come in. Sav also packed food and water. Sav also took a map and two paddles.
The first few days of Sav's journey where fine, but on the third month, a terrible storm happened. Sav's raft easily broke apart from all of the wear and tear of the last two months. Tomorrow Sav found himself on the east side of Africa, on the poor village. There was one dog which was always loyal to the village, there was one boy, his name was Diva there to and when he found Sav, and saw how wet and worn out he was, he let him stay in the village! The dog which lived in the village name was Kiva, and Sav told Kiva his name. When Sav told Kiva what mission he was on, Kiva was astonished. The next day, Kiva told the Diva about it since Diva could understand him, then diva told the rest of the village, the village believed Diva and decided to let Kiva go, but the Village leader, Gavin said it must be next week, and so it was.
Next week, Kiva and Sav left on a much stronger raft the village provided them, for food they took 10 herb pots and they watered them on a sea raft and got food from the herbs, and got sea water through a filter. After some months they almost became fish food!
Meanwhile, the Laverongs were building a new house till the newcomers get there.
When they got there, and the Laverongs greeted them, he said there was just one problem, kiva could not touch the island becouse he was not heat proof! So then one of the Laverongs said" Since you are true friends, you may come in!!!
Then they lived happily ever after!!!!!!!!!!
The End
