Here is my idea.

To me all the evidence point to 'Stellar Dawn' not being anything to do with Mechscape. We all know about Thirdscape being cancelled and being turned into an add-on for Runescape. I think that it would be possible for Stellar Dawn to be the name of the new gameplay of Runescape.

(Sorry I will go into more detail later, but I'm being rushed into getting the newspaper and cat biscuits.)

i don't think so. here is why:

Game 1 used to be mechscape, Game 1 is now Stellar Dawn.

the client wouldn't need 2 options of which game to load if stellar dawn was a part of runescape because that would mean that the 2 are not connected in any way but the loader.

sooooo, for me this a no no.

Why would there be a stellar dawn mode in Runescape? it makes no sense? the two games are ment to be completely different.

They use the same client and game engine.
This is partly why we`ve had all these RuneTek 5 updates lately.

That actually makes good sense to me. The whole idea of MS being SD just doesn't sit with me.

Many believe that ThirdScape has something to do with the rumored "Eastern Lands" in Runescape. And the idea of space-related things in a fantasy game apart from The Observatory and movie quotes doesn't work. So no.

In an interview, Jagex said they had scrapped the idea of Third-Scape, and instead created a whole new Skill for Runescape based around the scrapped game. Essensially, once the new Runescape skill comes out, we will know what Third-scape was all about.

I wish you were right, because I don't really like the name Stellar Dawn, but as others have said, Thirdscape is going to be implemented into RuneScape.

Yeah, Thirdscape has been put into Runescape, there is no Thirdscape now.

I do know that thirdscape has been implemented into runescape - you don't get what I'm saying.
