Looks good but you can tell it is fake pretty simply by the eye having two reflections. :P (What you put in and the light already there.)

What did I do?

I cleared the skin of winkles, blemishes, pimples, etc etc. I then, darkened up the top of the eye, and changed the eyes color. I figured the Las Vegas sign would at least cover it up, but I guess not. I cleaned up the lighting on the eye (under it) and made shadows on the side on the face. I could do better overall, but like I said; this is my first true large piece.

Pretty good actually, but the skin seems really blurred where you cleared it.
