It's well done, but it's not worth a topic imo.
It's horrible.
All you've done is grab a photo of a random chick off the internet, slapped some badly drawn things on it via paint, then posted it here.
Not worth a topic, or even telling anyone about it, in any form or shape.

wow im aware of this, do you have any idea of what heroin chic is? If you had read the post properly I was asking if I should do a proper version this was just a draft .
Never mind I guess it was a bad idea, but enough of the flaming already -_-

EDIT: Heroin chic was a fashion in the 90s (kate moss, kurk cobain, courtney love) heroin had became cheaper and of a higher quality. it was fashionable to go in for the whole grungy, drug taking with bags under your eyes and stuff (eg the pic i edited)
also it does say herion chic crossed out :P nvm
