I can't get into this. It bores me too fast. I love the design though oddly enough.

I think that's the coolest thing I've ever heard about a Mod before.

To be honest, this game is starting to bore me. Unless I become a member, I'm pretty sure I've unlocked everything already. :P

No method of pay...

Seriously, my parents wouldn't pay for anything monthly... cept the regular bills.

Oh and I don't have a job or an allowance... and my parents keep track of my money, so I can't buy anything I want.

Google "steel sentinels" and the 2nd and 3rd result links to mechscapeworld

Although this is not my favorite funorb game, I like it. Going through the campaign is tough however, but I'll do it eventually.
vtlmp1
looks interesting, i'll try it out.

QUOTE (Cambridge News Online)
Brace yourself for robot wars

CAMBRIDGE-based Jagex has launched the latest game for its FunOrb games portal.

Steel Sentinels is set in the distant future when rival forces battle using giant robots. As a sentinel commander you embark on missions to acquire new technology, win valuable solarite resources and make your sentinel the deadliest in the galaxy.

Jagex is advising players to tackle the single-player campaign first, as it unlocks a variety of sentinels and equipment, before taking on the multiplayer mode, which allows up to 12 to do battle in a range of modes including head-to-head, co-operative and team games.

The sentinel chassis, featuring an array of weaponry and components, is fully customisable and achievements and in-game ‘tags’ can be collected.

To play Steel Sentinels, visit www.funorb.com/steelsentinels/play.ws.

Yea I saw that yesterday, looks like Cambridge News is keeping their eyes on Jagex.

Perhaps they know that special stuff is on the horizon?

People are starting to leave the matches I am in... it is no fun. sad.gif

Still looking for a "Evenly Matched" fight...

I'd play you but ever since that "anti-freeze" update or whatever, the game has become like a slideshow for me, with the game screen freezing literally every second for about 1 to 3 seconds.

On the plus side, me and a dude got to wave 30 in the co-op before he had to go eat. I tried to keep going on my own but I got pwnzered really fast.

Completed 3-10 today, invisibility is bitchin'.

Playing multiplayer is difficult because of lagg.

Current config is:

Aquila Chassis
Commando Head
Hurricane Arm
Crusher Wing

6x Piercers
3x Pulse Lasers

Dual reactor
Heavy Capacitor
Speed Loader
W. Mirage Device
Aeruak Stabilisers.

Done the missions :)
