Drug Abuse.

As you progress you can use different drugs by different means.

Levels 1 -10
- Weed smoking
- Level 1 - Joint
- Level 5 - Bowl
- Level 7 - Bubbler
- Level 10 - Bong.

Things of that nature, all the way to level 85+ where you learn to dabble with....Heroin! Yay!!

A friend and I came up with a Porn skill, and had it all written up, had like 80+ things unlocked at levels, etc.

It could work!

Jagex always comes out with unexpected skills, and it is pretty difficult to guess. But i think that the next skill will be...

horseback riding

Where you can ride faster and cooler looking horses as you level, and build stables and be able to buy more and more horses as you level. Like as you reach 99, your stable can hold up to 5 horses. This IS a midevel game and it would only make since to have horseback riding.
