~ArmCannon’s Zombie Monkey Training Method~
This guide will show you one way to get fast combat experience.

Video:

I narrated this video myself. Be kind. wink.gif

Pros:
Fast Experience
‘Afk’

Cons:
Expensive
No charms

Recommended:
Completion of:
Monkey Madness
Recipe for Disaster
Haunted Mine
Tarn’s Lair miniquest
Rum Deal
The Slug Menace
Fremennik Isles

Decent Summoning for a good combat familiar

Equipment:

(Best<-Worst)
Whip and Rune Defender for Attack and Defense
Saradomin Sword for Strength
Helm of Neitiznot <- Berserker Helm/ Mitre/ Proselyte Helm
Proselyte <- Initiate
Barrows Gloves <- Lesser RFD gloves/ Combat Brace/ FOG Gauntlets
Trimmed Skillcape <- God Cloak/ Fire cape <- Untrimmed Skillcape/ Obsidian Cape
Berserker Ring <- Explorer Ring/ Warrior ring

Inventory:
14 Prayer Potions
3 Super Attack
3 Super Strength
Monkey Greegree
Teleport Tab (any)
An Ape Atoll Teleport (1 banana, 2 fires, 2 waters, 2 laws)

This set up leaves one open space. That space can be filled with any of the following:
A Dragon Dagger (p++) (for specs)
A second Combat familiar pouch
An Antipoison (the tiny spiders can poison, but only up to 2)
A piece of food (Tuna Potato, shark, monk for incase you have a bad connection)
Another prayer potion

Method:
Summon Combat Familiar (optional)
Teleport to Ape Atoll
Renew Prayer if needed
Go down the stairs and down the trap door.
Position yourself in between the 2 Monkey Zombies (Level 129)

Pray protection from Melee
Equip your Weapon

When they become un-aggressive, run east, sometimes as far as the gate, and the monkeys should become aggressive again. If they do not become instantly aggressive, wait by one for a second, and they will become aggressive.

When you run out of potions, simply use your teleport tab and teleport out.

Would guthas work (with no prayer) or do they hit too often?
Lukes
Soul Wars works just as well.

Guthan's would probably work, but I doubt you would be able to stay there as long. With the set up discribed, I last about an hour and a half without leaving that cave, which is usually 110k xp tops.

With this you can stand in one place and attack for around 15 mins at a time. That's why I refer to this method as 'AFK' in the guide. It's not litterally Away From Keyboard training, but it's easiest to discribe it that way. That type of training isn't possible through SW, unless you litterally are standing around. (which I think is looked down upon by JAGeX)

Thanks for the guide biggrin.gif

Well Jagex has fixed Soul Wars, so AFKers get booted out.

Oh, can you just put like a stapler on an arrow key or do you have to get xp or something.

You have to be doing stuff, like fighting or healing people, you can't just move around.
