one. The word everybody is singular, because 'everybody' is a singular group,

Same goes for Jagex. Jagex is
one company, one group and therefore they are singular.

It just depends unpon if you are looking at the company as a whole or the people that make up the company.
The name Jagex refers to the entire company and would, in most cases, be singular.
