Haha I like it. Especially the last line in the 3rd and last Stanza, "...what'd I just press?". Makes me think about operating a Gundam. Keep it at, is this one of your first?

There, I was thinking of all the anime and games in which robots have frikken' laser swords... and how they NEVER, EVER seem to hit friendlies!
I mean, wtf. There's a Macross Missile Massacre coming at the guy, and he's deflecting right left and centre. How does nobody else ever get hit from stray stuff that wasn't magically diffused upon impact with the sword/laser?
