Okay, so i'll admit to saying that I thought Jagex should make the MechScape home page completely different from the style of RuneScape and FunOrb, but this is the best I could produce for now:

Since they made the RuneScape homepage a bit more modern, I thought it would be reasonable to use some things from there :)

P.S. I do realise I forgot to put in the ads :/

If you have any ideas for it, I still have the layered version and can change anything.

Well I did say that I took some stuff from the RS homepage.

The only stuff copied from Runescape.com are the links along the top, the button and 2 of the pictures down the side. But if that spoils it for you, and you want everything original, i'll gladly fix it up.

Laugh-out-lord, The blue bar up top and stuff you were aspose to type "Mechscape - The massive online adventure game by Jagex Ltd." But w/e. Anyways nice.

Ohhhh, I thought you just gave us the browser and wanted us to stick a website in there. :P

That's pretty good but I don't think Jagex would use the same navigation bar or a few blue boxes. I have a hunch that the website will have a darker theme similar to their logo but that is just a guess.

Why can't I do that

it would surprise me if jagex made " the same " homepage as runescape, since they said its nothing like runescape

I will expect them to have a small module on runescape.com for a short period of time after the launch of MechScape to help generate some "buzz", but I think they would remove it from there after a while and then just put a small link to it on there instead after MechScape has generated a considerably large playerbase.

I thought it looked decent.

I just hope it isn't going to be like the current rs page
