zOMG! is the first mmorpg from "giaonline".. After playing for around 30mins, or at least it felt like a few hours..
I have to say it's one of the most horrid mmorpgs I have ever played. Moving around is like club penguin, none when I played *ever* talked, the fighting style is just like "adventure quest worlds", the plot line and dialog is so basic and idiotic it burns your brain into mush.
Basic summery of the storyline: There are these "monsters" called "animated".. Thus plungers and trashcans run up and put up a fight against your character.. There are some non "animated" enemies, they also carry horrible jokes with them.. Like evil rats called "gramsters" and "predator prairie pups". Instead of having classes/skills you have "rings" you can carry 8 rings. These rings are the only thing that can hurt "animated" since every other weapon seems to "bounce off". All the rings have a different power, such as group healing/hurting the opponent/etc.. The rings can also be "upgraded" to raise the effect of them. Charging the ring also increases the power of it, but you take a few hits before it can be fully charged.

Personally having no weapons, no skills, all combat is freaking boring.
BUT! Don't worry kids, it isn't all combat.. You can do extremely hard quests with uber storylines:
QUOTE
The world is not composed of only combat-oriented challenges. There are many ways to play in the world, whether doing favors to NPC's, playing games, meeting at dance halls or in towns, watching movies together, meeting to race cars, or just simply exploring the landscape. - Wikipedia
I'm not going to be a bad reviewer and pretend that the main storyline doesn't have a storyline, but it's crap.
Graphics: 3/10 - The water graphics are pretty good in this game, that is the only reason why I gave it a 3/10 and not a 0/10.. 2d graphics don't impress me..
Sound: 7/10 - The music is the best thing in this game, they have hundreds of tracks from a classical composer made for this game.
QUOTE
Zomg's composer has been revealed as Jeremy Soule. In addition to Soule's unique compositions, the game will also feature hundreds of classical music tunes, which will be rotated out on a regular basis in order to minimize repetition. - Wikipedia
Controls: 0/10 - Using click to move/WASD/arrow keys to move seems great.. But getting stuck on the littlest things, and the horrible controls in combat just is a huge turn off.
FunFactor: 1/10 - To be nice, this game would be fine if you just want to stand in place and listen to some classical music. Other then that, this game is a complete failure.. It might be fun to some hardcore GiaOnline/Adventure quest worlds/Club Penguin fans though.
Play zOMG Online don't worry, it's browser based.
After playing, tell me what you think.
Edit: Let me let you compare..
