This all starts in RuneScape when some hero, his name was Gradu, had done all that one hero could do in RuneScape. He had completed all the quests, and he was the most experienced hero across all the Gielinor lands.

One day Gradu disappeared from Gielinor. Other heroes were searching Gradu for months but without success.

Year by year new heroes were born to Gielinor and all its people forgot about our old hero Gradu.


But there is a rumour about where Gradu is. Legend tells: Once after a few years of Gradu being a mystery some young hero found where Gradu was.
Our young hero name was Maks, and he was doing the Desert Treasure quest when he fell through the floor of the last floor of the pyramid. He found there some old diary. When he opened it he felt very perplexed as a strong presence swept over the room.
He started to read it, and each word which he recited in a low voice started to glow like silver sunlight.
He read from diary:

„Once I was a great hero of Gielinor and everyone respected me as the mightiest knight of all the lands.”

„I started my journey as a poor child from Lumbridge. I ran away from home and started me adventure.
After a few years I was already a mighty warrior but still had to do a lot at west Gielinor.
After I defeated all my enemies and Zamorak demons, Saradomin started to listen to my prayers. Holy light was always with me, and even Zamorak was afraid from me and even didn’t try to destroy me”

„People remember me as Gradu - I was God on earth. People didn’t leave me alone so I had to vanish into thin air .”

„I was praying to Saradomin day and night until one day the skies opened and bolts of thunder covered all of Gielinor. A small object fell slowly from the skies.
As it neared the ground it started to move faster and towards me, and for the first time in my life I was scared. With a big bang it crashed a few miles away from me in the Zamorak lands of Wilderness.
I had to move fast.”

When I found object it was something new to me, but it was just a wand. When I looked closer I saw Saradomin symbol. When I picked it up Saradomin’s portrait appeared
next by me....It was hologram.”

„Saradomin told me truthfully of all that we see around us, he said:
„My son, you served me very well so I’ll uncover secrets.
“The truth is that I am not a god, I am just higher on the evolutionary plane.”
.



„Saradomin proceed: There outside is a lot creatures and Saradomin pointed his finger towards the sky.”

„We don’t have a lot time to deliberate over questions like this all My son.”

"Listen to me my son; across the galaxy an epic war is being fought, and I am looking for the best warriors of each planet to stand amongst my ranks. So, do you accept my offer?"

“I surely accepted Saradomin’s offer, and my first task was to go to Saradomin’s lands of the Khardian jungles where there lives a powerful Saradomin general Azzanadra.”

„So I took the wand and started this quest.”

“I walked for weeks till I find myself at the foot of a big pyramid. I looked up and saw Azzanadra on top of it - he was waiting for me already.”

„Azzanadra entertained me very hospitably.”

„He led me down the last floor of pyramid where I saw big gates made of gold.”

„Azzanadra told me that these gates can be opened with my wand and they lead to another galaxy with the name MechScape.”

„I was about to open the gates but then a priest ran into our room and he was very scared.”

„He said: My lords, the Zamorak army is coming!”

„We ran to the top floor and saw a huge army which stretched out onto the horizon.”
„Azzanadra summoned all his army from the Khardian Jungles.”

„Battle was a big bloodbath; each army lost thousands of peoples and monsters.”

„After seven days of battle both sides were tired out, but then earth started to shake.
That was a massive amount of energy coming from nowhere.”

„We saw Zamorak coming very fast, and places where he made a step earth remained to badlands.”

„He used magic over all Azzandra troops and they remained in sands with all another things what was around, all trees, all flowers, all animals, every birds from skies felt down as sands.”

„In all directions was only sands, Zamorak even destroyed his own army.”

„We started to run to the ground floor of pyramid, we knew Zamorak was too powerful for us and our only possibility was to open the gates.”

„In the gate room in front already was Zamorak, and he asked us for the staff. Azzandara started to attack Zamorak with all magic skills which he had.”

„Azzandara told me to run and save the staff, so I ran out of the pyramid into the desert, started to run but did not know where .”

„Unfortunately Zamorak caught me too after a few days, till today I’m wondering why he didn’t kill me. Maybe he left me alive because only I know where did I hide staff, and he is waiting for when I’ll go after it.”

„Whoever reads my diary it is your quest to find the staff and open gates!”

When the new hero closed book magical power took over the room and it started to sparkle.
He saw big gold gates at the edges of the room and on them was a map...On the map was the location of the Mighty wand, which really is the key to the peoples’ biggest secret.

Now we all need wait for when this new hero finds the key and open the gates to MechScape!
