I have something to tell you.

I've been cheating on you since the very first day.
I met this new girl, who lives down the way.

Very nice but the ending somewhat doesn't fit with the first part.

In-fact, she's better than you.

Or better yet, give her a note with another girls name on it, saying you love this other girl and you hope your girlfriend at the time doesn't find out.

Actually, tbh that's a sucky way to break up. Oh well
