resident evil 5 comes out in like 2 months. wondering whos gonna get it. i think i might get it over halo wars since they come out like 10 days apart but re5 just looks better. i played resident evil 4 and i loved it and that was on a gamecube. just wondering whos gonna get it and if you guys think it will be good.

I'm not to sure how good it will be as I played none of the previous versions although I have seen a few screen shots. I'm not getting it.

I want to get it, but only time will tell if I can persuade someone to get it for me, or maybe I can steal some money. ;)

The last RE i played was Code Veronica, I loved it. I wish I had the money for a PS3 or 360.

Resident Evil 4 was just a total faliure... It had nothing to do with the plot of the movie, or the other games. And there wasn't enough action...

Resident Evil 5, yes I am so getting that. I just got my 360 as well, and that's one of the games I'm certainly going to get.

Yea it didn't follow the plot, but I enjoyed it because the game play wasn't that bad, just wished you can move and shoot, I am pretty sure they are doing that in RE5. There was some pretty action-y parts, but the only part that really made me skip a heart beat when was a random snake jumps out of the carts and hits you. I didn't see it and I got hit out of no where so I got scared. ):

Seriously? Man I read in a interview that they were talking about the moving and shooting thing.

im not going to get it. i never played the first one and i dont want to get into that stroy line.

I watched my friend play the demo. I was only half watching, but did anyone notice that every zombie is a black person? Maybe i was just seeing it wrong.

The setting is in Africa. :p

I liked RE4 because I didn't need to know the whole story to get into it. I probably won't play RE5, not my type of game.

I was just playing the demo with a friend - the game is awesome. It's a nice shooter, and while the controls are easy to learn the levels are very challenging; you end up relying on your partner a lot.

Definitely going to buy this game if I get my 360 fixed by then.

I loved the original resident evil games (playstation one) those were AWESOME! ever since they bought out new ones on other consoles they havn't been so good though so i probably wont get it,

Yea released today, unfortunately I don't have money for it, and I have only tried the demo.

I'll get RE5 100%, it has very nice dynamic and story line.
But why all starts in prison?:D

I agree about RE4 it was a big failure.

RE4 wasn't a failure, it was a pretty cool game, but I guess it didn't have a lot of "thinking" parts but some parts were pretty hard, and some parts were pretty awesome.

Well I hope this time they will pull out all what can from Xbox 360 with this game.

My older sister also loves it. Makes one wonder who the real failure in all this is...

She also got RE5, but I don't know what she thinks about it.

Yea, I am sure it is. But I found it pretty hard when playing the demo, maybe because I was used to CoD. :p
