Has anyone else gotten this amazing game package? Anybody want to talk about Half Life 2, Team Fortress 2, or Portal?

Ive seen vids and adcertisments for the orange box. never played it. seen lots of vids for teamfortress 2.

My older brother got it sometime last year, or in 2007, forgot which date exactly...

And Half life has one of the most epic storylines EVAR

Hilarious when I saw my brother do a regular taunt on a dead body as the Pyro, as another Pyro got in the taunt's fireball path and died. Announcing he then got OMGWTFBBQ

Half-Life2 is just amazing, since it is one of the few shooting games that actually follow a strong storyline, if you know what I mean. Other shooting games usually just put you in a place to finish a level, without much character development, etc, etc...

Portal is just awesome.
"Did you know? You can donate one or all of your organs!..." Bleh, something like that...

The Orange Box is amazing.

I love how character driven Half Life is, Portal is original and funny, and TF2 is one of the best multiplayer FPS games to date.

I guess it is as good as I thought, seeing how other people love it.

Yes. I highly recommend these games to anybody who loves FPS, RPGS and puzzles.

My friend has it. I saw him play it, looks pretty cool for a 3D game... I'm not into HL at all, but I thought I'd say this anyway.

Heard of it, almost bought it, but in the end, didn't get it. Probably never will, either.

The orange box is what I want to get in the near future.

Portal is amazing, I played the demo and I can't wait to play the full game.
I have finished Episode One, so want to get my hands on Episode Two.
And TF2 is an amazing game.

Episode 2 has some epic plot twists, it's even better if you don't watch any gameplay videos of it. Some parts will make you want to kill Valve for making such weird sh*t happen.

I actually never watch any trailers or anything like that. I just see the back cover of the game and decide, buy it, or not.

By the way, do a lot of people still play TF2 on xBox Live?

I have it for the Xbox 360, and I must say, it's AWESOME!! I played Half Life 1 on the pc but 2 rocks my sock! It's a great game! TF2 is not that great trough.

half life 2 is probaly the best fps ever created is spectacular better then gears of war and call of duty 4 but there pretty close i played portal i lol'd at it team fortress 2 is my favourite online shooter i play it all the time. i got cod 5 and cod 4 but they will never compare to tf2 spy crab spy crab! (if you play tf2 you might understand this i own the pc version of the orange box because console versions fail) lol and spys are always pyros i disguise my self as medic yes nothing suspicious about a medic that doesnt heal im just a battle medic

Also did you know that Team Fortress started out as a mod for Half Life and valve liked it and made it into the proper game it is now!

yeah, tf2 used to be tfc, sombie panic source used to be zombie panic, counter strike source used to be counter strike. half life 2 used to be half life. source engine owns the half life engine though

they use the source engine for half life 2 one of the best engines ever created so many possibilities. i have seen people make rts zombie games out of it in the half life world. garrys mod is an example of the possibilities of the engine. even L4D uses it.
