The WIPs are due by November 28th, but people can enter a completed version by December 5th; so it will probably be judged around that time.

Nah just kidding, at the moment I have no clue if judges are still going to be picked.

There is actually a detailed judging process posted in the sticky (it should be there, just gotta look for it). Basically a panel of 7 judges will judge the entries as fairly as possible in small steps. Myself, Ren, Blake, Syborius and a couple outside-MSW people will be the judges to insure this happens as fairly as possible.
