Which is better. In YOUR opinion. Also, state why. I personally liked COD4 better then GoW. It could be because I played GoW for no longer then 5 minutes, or the fact that it was 3rd. I want to know which to buy. I am getting one or the other. Most of my friends have GoW2 and say its really good. Honestly I know right now that I suck but I know that after 3-4 games I will be pro. (thats just how I am.) Start with KD under .7 then ill end up around 1.4 so I'm not really worried about me being good at ti cause I know I will be... Again though, WHICH SHOULD I GET?!?!?!!??!

I haven't played GoW2 or even GoW so... I'll just say CoD5. :)

Gears of War 2.

I would say Gears of War 2 CoD5 is is just CoD4 but World War 2 setting it's the same gameplay pretty much and graphics

They're both good but I'd say GoW2 is better.

I have Call of Duty: World at War for Playstion 3 and im in love with it.

But if I had an Xbox 360 and I was in the same situation I would choose GoW 2.

Because you've played COD4 quite a bit and only played GoW for 5 minutes I'd assume that GoW2 would be very refreshing.

If your bored of COD4 then COD5 probably will only interest you for a few days.

Well, it also depends if you have gamer friends. If you have a good friend who you like to do co-op games with, GoW2, but if you're more of a solo gamer, perhaps COD5 would be a better choice. Neither one is really a bad choice, though.

get gears 2 then just get call of duty 5 for x mas or something.

Call of Duty 5 is essentially the same game playing as COD4, because it's based of the same engine. They changed it up, and I think add in some features you can't do in COD4, and then changed some perks. I have yet to play it.

I have no experience with Gears of War, so I cannot speak for them.

Lol Las Vegas stinks sooooooooo much, the gameplay is horrible.
I would tell you to go for GOW 2, but I like COD5, the game is similar to COD4, but the gameplay
is a little harder, and the weapons are a little harder to control.

I dunno whether to get this, Resistance 2, Motorstorm 2 or the new Guitar Hero :/

I dont even beleive you played it. I could terrorist hunt all day. I know this is all opinion based, but seriously, if were talking about smoothness of gameplay, Rainbow six is way better, simple as that.

Sense we are talking about games, I'd totally recommend the "Hitman" series (Blood Money and Silent Assassin are the best) to anyone, as it has extremely nice replay value and it's tons of fun.

I own the game ^.^
So yes I have played it a few times, but I never liked it.

Thanks for the opinions but based on pulic opinion and that COD5 is like COD4 I have decided to just stick up COD4 and get GoW2. I recently rented it and love the campaign. I do not know if online I will be as good as I was in COD4 but I will give it a chance and I the reason I was considering COD5 was because I thought everyone would leave COD4 but many people still play COD4 as I have seen recently.
