I forget how to take scren shots and paste and stuff, mind explaining lol!!!

Use the print screen key (Ussually found next to F12) and then open paint and press ctrl+V, Walla!

If you have Microsoft Paint, you can use the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard to, well of course, copy the current screen. You can then paste it onto Paint and edit it if you want to.

After that you save the file, then create an account and upload the picture at the following website.
http://photobucket.com

Then, you copy the right code and add Image tags, then the image appears visible for all to see! ;-)
