USPTO have a new MechScape trademark:

1. Go to http://tarr.uspto.gov/
2. Enter 77453267 (other MechScape one is 78851031 - find more from http://assignments.uspto.gov/assignments/q?db=tm)
3. Press "Request status"

Europe:
1. Go to http://oami.europa.eu/CTMOnline/RequestMan...listType=1&

United Kingdom::
1. Go to http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tm/t-find/t-find-prop.htm
2. Enter Jagex

This week MechScape EU trademark 006389035 (SC/MECHSCAPE/Logo) changed its status from "CTM application pending publication" to "CTM application published" and appears in trademark bulletin 26/05/2008. I'm not sure why it took four months to be published - trademarking seems like a fairly slow process. US trademark serial 77453267 is still waiting to be assigned to an examining attorney.
