I found a Jagex concept artist Darren B's website and it contains lots of images, but none are labelled "MechScape".

I thought I'd post a few and see what you guys think (e.g. if you think they are for MechScape).

This stuff all looks cool, how they'll make it fit into a web browser i' dont know. It seems way complex.

I was looking through photos from Jagex's Million Party celebrating their RuneScape user record. Interestingly, there was one with the caption "Ice mec".

if yes that would just leave walking out of the game . and there probally could be battle vehicles.with gun turrents

I have no proof that players will be able to drives vehicles, just the various statements over the years that there will be a lot of vehicles.

That's some pretty sweet concept art, and highly likely that it is for MechScape, in my opinion.

I hope there are some easter eggs in the game that tie in with runescape,
eg there could be a "king black alien" or something

Wow seeing how awesome those pics look, I want to play now. I hope they have some rares like a wrench or something that they only drop once

Too bad I think they learned their lesson last time, and won't, but I'm sure that their will be NPC's that will drop rare items. (But God, how cool would that be? Like if they did it the first day. Bloody Awesome)

What do you mean they learned their lesson? What's the problem with party hats?

They were never intended to be highly-valued 'rares', they were intended as something fun for Christmas. They resulted in a perverse situation where people could make lots of money just for being at the right place at the right time, and for hoarding items instead of getting with the festive spirit and sharing them.

Ren you really are far ahead of us all finding these things. Looks interesting, maybe we will see them in 6 months time on the game, who knows.
