Not really. He wouldn't be able to go to school, because he wouldn't know English, and until he learns it his chances of getting a job in later life would be pretty slim. The plus side is that he can tell people that he can speak fluent klingon when he learns English.

I think it is an interesting experiment, but of course if you do not use a language you will forget it.

Klingon is a language developed by rabid Star Trek fans. It's generally thought of as the defining nerdy language, and only the most devoted fans learn it.
