I think there is already a thread about AC2 but it has died, and seeing as the game has just come out, I thought we need a discussion topic about it.

Assassin's Creed, a well known franchise to many gamers. The first in the series was released in November 2007 the game was an instant hit. Unfortunately many, like myself, because bored of its repetitive gameplay and eagerly awaited the second in the series to be released. So it has come. You lucky Americans and the fortune of it being released on Wednesday, but us Brits & Europeans must wait until tomorrow - I'm sure we'll survive somehow. I won't go into the history of the game, but if you want more info about the games, click the links: AC1 AC2

It is amazing, Ubisoft definitely improved on the game this time around.

Assassins Creed 1 is one of my favorite games.

I will get AC2 when I have the spare cash, little tight right now. But from what I've seen/heard it looks a lot better than its predecessor.

I loved the story of Assassin's Creed 1, so I really want to get around to picking this up. Probably will try and get it for Christmas. It's the only other game I want this season.

AC 1 was very cool, don't know if i will get to play 2 right now tho

What would you like Assassin's Creed III to be like? Um, I'm not sure where else they can go with it. Might be interesting to see conspiracies involving the Holy Roman Empire and central Europe, but I'm a big fan of companies not bleeding popular series dry of every buck they can. So if it ended and they moved on to something else fun and original, i'd be okay with that.

I want this D; the gameplay videos looked amazing.

Orbie the game wont be released for PC, its only for XBOX360 and PS3 (the lucky bastards)

WHAT MADNESS THIS??? Way to alienate half your market. Fortunately suite mates have a 360, so I shall get my hands on this, on way or another

The game is being released for PC in Q1 of 2010 I think.

Also I got it today, and all I can say is it's pretty awesome. Much better than the first in every way.

Then we end up waiting for another 8 or so months to find out its being scrapped and renamed. xD

After watching a few videos about it, I want to get it, I guess i'll include it on the list of games i want to get after i get a xbox
