It has been just ten minutes since the Doctor Who special "The waters of Mars" ended, and now it is time for fans to tell each other what they thought of this special. Shout out what you liked about it, how scary you thought it was, how good in comparison to other specials, and so on.

The robot with flames coming from it made me cringe.

The story was quite good though, although the Doctor acting evil rang wrong against me. I also thought the suicide was unnecessary, and a bit too callous for Doctor Who.

The flames coming from the robot was a bit surreal, I agree. But the whole "get to the tardis!!!" part was exciting.

The jokes weren't funny, the special effects were often pretty good, the story line was above-par for RTD and it was pretty creepy at times but still had moments that made me cringe. Overall it was better than I expected but I still can't wait for Moffat to take over.

All I'm thinking is when is this going to be shown on air over here, and if is being aired, then why aren't I watching it.

I teared up a lot throughout this episode, not because it was particularly well made or anything, but because it was Doctor fucking Who.

RTD gets too much hate among Who fans. Yes, he had his hits and misses in the first two series, but he has vastly improved as a writer since then. Ok, so he's still using ridiculous plot devices here and there, but that's what the show has been about since it began. Still, can't say this episode is one of my favorites, even as far as RTD episodes go. However, I can say that Tennant is both a genius and a devil for leaving the show just before his time.

I find the main actor overacts sometimes. But whatever, still maintains the charm.

Did anyone ever watch Torchwood? I think it's the joint canadian mini series of Dr Who.
Looked like crap quite honestly though.

I saw torchwood too, and it is noware near crap.
