Yes this is just about p-mods. There is a thread in the RSOF where you can sign up and maybe become a pmod.

I'm reading it, but the answers all seem kind of samey and there's not a lot new that wasn't on the KB before hand.

I used to want to be a moderator. I think hands on heart moment, everyone did. But in recent years I think the excitement or at least the hunger to become one has certainly dwindled and more and more people simply don't care anymore. It'll be interesting to see how they choose to answer the questions because they will want to keep it interesting but at the same time they will not want to release too much.

You kind of get annoyed constantly. When you talk, people will say "omg a mod!" and start annoying you. I'm not one but I've witnessed this several times, I'm not sure I'd want to be one after thinking about it.
