Hmm... I like it, but I think you could have given the render a bit more contrast.

The render looks like it was plopped onto the picture, try to blend it some more. Then it'll be great :).

His eyes creep me out. Otherwise it's pretty sweet and House is awesome. I would love to have his personality for a day or two.

I don't think it's possible to make a bad signature with House in it.

Looks great. Your really talented with Graphics.

I like it. Perhaps you should use a bit more color in it, though. It seems rather flat and desaturated to me.
