The most I've made is 250m. Right now I've got about 225m. Mining pure essence with my titan to try and recoup some of the money lost from training summoning.

The mist I have made was like 1 mil. All the other money came from the kid who hacked my account.

3rd age is such a waste of cash it isn't even funny.
Armadyl armor is the exact example of bad cash management.
Godswords are only good for Pking or Boss killing. The only true useful godsword is the SGS because you can easily get into a team without an AGS, and the rest of the cash can be used in merchanting.

Spending all of your cash on the items you have listed is a waste. There are a few essential items that you will use day to day, but if you don't use them they are simply rotting your cash worth. Any amount of extra wealth you are not using should be put into merchanting. Money is better in the GE than in your bank or in a useless item.


And I'm just shutting you down because you came onto someones thread and bashed like that.

i don't even have close to a mill of cash on Runescape. I blame it on doing skills that don't make a lot of money and spending it on a lot of stuff.

One might ask how you got so wealthy. In fact, I ask this question. The richest I've ever been is my current state of wealth, 10.6m. I've been playing five years (Well, only 96 days and 11 hours, according to Jagex's clock.)

Why is everyone bothered about how much their items are worth? I've had a set of full Guthix for like 2 years now, and while I bet it's not worth what it used to be I don't actually care because I'm not selling it.

Many players view total monetary value as part of what measures progress and success.

What the freak! The most I've made is 100M in P2p and 20M in f2p. (Do you know how hard it is to mke some decent cash in f2p? You spend hours doing one thing and hardly get anything out of it!)

Very nice indeed , the max i've ever had back when I played runescape was 25M..

I made about 95% of my wealth thru runecrafting. Hence, the 60k+ pure ess and glories, and the occasional merchanting. Although I don't own any 3rd age or armadyl, I do own a yellow partyhat, which makes up about 234mill out of the 308 mill.

Congrats, I wish I had somewhat a fraction of that ha.

Games are about fun. 3rd age is good looking and a lot of people respect it because it's just that rare and expensive. It's not a waste, if you really want it and enjoy using it.


Armadyl is the best ranger armor (besides PvP armor) in the game. Again, how is that a waste? I need it for... err... erm... for something, I'm sure. >.>


Well, that's exactly what I do! I do boss hunting. That's why (actually, I bought AGS because I liked the way it looks... but anyway...) I have them.


Well, it's not a waste to me. I find ALL of the items very useful. Perhaps if I had a higher ranged level (or ranged was a more standing out combat style), I would also use my Armadyl ranger gear more often.

I constantly use the following items:
SGS
AGS
Bandos armor
Dragonfire shield

I often find use for the other items as well.

I'm sorry, but merching is just as good as stealing money from people.




It's not... ok fine it is... >.> But since money comes easily at higher levels, why can't I have fun? Heck! I've done all quests, I've got the levels I need. I've had enough of Slaying, because even at 80+ levels you get completely trash, waste of time, annoying, bad tasks. For example, cave crawlers, cave horrors and so on.

So really, all I do is just hunt monsters. Occasionally I also play some mini-games, skill and do D&Ds. Basically, money just flows in from all directions.

What's so wrong about using the money on items you'll find fun to use?

Hmm... It seems like 'hacking' can be a good thing.

Wow....I feel very poor now, thinking I was getting somewhere with 5mil in F2P.

But then again I hardly ever play RS anymore so what can I expect.
