DUBSTEP
What's Dubstep? Dubstep is a music genre that started in 2000. I would best describe it as hardcore techno often with rap beats and a ton of BASS.

I liked the intro more than the base part after 50 seconds. I'm not a fan of random beats and bass.

It is a pretty hardcore song, but they're not all like that (you can check the channel for others) - though most are I have to say. Since almost all Dubstep songs have a lot of bass, someone who doesn't like bass (or techno) will probably not like this genre.

Would you consider this to be a "hard hitting" song on a car audio system?

hmm, its not bad, kinda futuristic imo, i see this kind've music in alot of japanese cyberpunk anime and cgi movies and futuristic games.
kind've hypnotic i've gotta say haha.

This is pretty painful to listen to... It seems like someone is taking a techno song and changing the speed at which it's played.

Some Dubstep songs have huge bass, yeah. The particular one I have in the post wouldn't really be, too much hardcore techno. You can find a lot more with the channel link in the first post though.

It does sound futuristic, it's supposed to be like humans vs. machines. I don't think that I've heard Japanese cyberpunk - I'll check that out.

Yeah, it's not for everyone. This song is origional actually, wasn't dubed.
