And here's Jagex's Customer Support that deals with ban appeals and any issues you may have; sometimes mistaken for the new content management team.

Seems I let the cat out of the bag! (HINT: If you want to appeal a ban, put the word "Bananna" in your message to appease the monkey.)
Oh my, I am hilarious :D

I guess they're going for midnight Halloween, but that's still a late start.

They've got a great sense of humor!
I second that!
Great to see their effort in trying to engage a little more with the community in terms of not being as secretive about Jagex itself.

Anyone notice Mod Poppy there? She was the dead zombie in community management with pink hair.

More like an advertisement to upcoming halloween event hosted by Jmods and Pmods.
I can't talk more about it right now, come to the event and you'll find out how it all ties together.
PS.
Bring logs to make fire as zombies can't walk past it!
Also throwing snowballs is great weapon to stop zombies.

So, content development are all cannibals...zomg new skill is cannibalism!
Sure looks like a fun place to work, and hopefully we'll get interviews, a Jagex office tour, and other Jagex-y stuff from future videos. Maybe Mod MMG dressed as Santa for a Christmas video...

Awesome!
It's great to see Jagex interact with the community on a more human level. Plus it's nice to know that Jagex has a good sense of humor after all.

The event is at an odd time though. Kinda late for Europe but early for America.
