If you had a superpower, a single power, what would it be? What would you do with it?

To have to ability to switch through any secret or known power in existence, or to be.

I'd have the ability to control others perception on reality, the ability to manipulate what they see. I'd use it like your cliché freedom fighter. Go net neutrality yay!


What sort of things would you do with that power?

The ability to manipulate reality itself (which would basically allow me to do anything).

If you were to manipulate reality wouldn't you think that would create a paradox of some sort?

Make SpacePie Visible.

Even if it was visible you wouldn't be able to see it because it was baked in an unvisible oven. As soon as you might see space pie it ceases to be space pie as a defining characteristic of space pie is that it is not able to be seen. Ergo, to see space pie is to not see space pie.

The mute button.

When I hear someone I do not wish to here, I simply mute them with my special powers.

The power to have any super power at will.

That would technically be multiple powers because you would have that power plus whatever current power you willed to have.

And now for one that isn't overpowered: Flight.

Preferably with wings, although they'd get annoying if they were around all the time so one of those transformity ones.

The power to manipulate time.

I already am a super hero. I have common sense.

Teleportation.

Telekinesis, but if allowed a power-set I'd go for Cable's (Earth 616).

Well, I say it works because it incorporates all those super powers into one single power.

However if I can only pick one, I will say orbing (like off Charmed). It is also a single power but with the ability to use those orbs for teleporting to things, or things to you. Yes, I love technicalities.

I'm very obsessed with this subject. I'd also like Charmedpop's ability to have any power at will, but if I had to choose one, I'd go for space/time manipulation. Since space and time are very much related to each other, I can teleport and travel throught time/stop time.

The ability to transcend beyond the body into pure energy.

Which could be very realistic for some religions.

I'd be able to control Time and Space. That gives me flying powers, teleportation, super-strength, the ability to move objects with my mind, to stop time, and to jump forwards or backwards in time, just to name a few things!

Everyone is so obsessed with getting the most power they can into their choice. Choose something you'd enjoy.

I said flight, but mind control or teleportation would be cool.

My superpower? Well, I've always wanted to be Storm or Poison Ivy. Whipping up tornados and making plants grow. Power over nature.

Sometimes it is the case that, the more superpowers you have, the greater fun you have. Screw that responsibility shit.

Power to pause time. I could get soo much done if I could only stop time.

I would want the power to be able to float around, and go as high or low as I want to.

Aaah, I forgot about Ivy even though she's one of my favourite DC characters. Although if I were to have a plant-based powerset it would be much closer to Groots.

Telepathy is communication or reading of another persons mind , telekinesis is the ability to move objects at a distance.

I would love to have the power to reason things nobody else has. It's lame, I know, but if you could reason things beyond what our brains can now, you could control the universe through knowledge and the application of that knowledge.

If I had that ability in the sense that you're probably suggesting I'd make everyone's clothes come off muwahahahah.

No. Technology can be defined as anything humans make. He didn't say what sort of technology. I can control technology with my hands without a superpower (I controlled my computer to send this message). If I had a superpower that controlled technology without the use of my hands I'd use it to liberate people of their clothing, muwahahahaha.

Not really a super power, but if anyone has watched the anime Bleach, I think it would be cool to be a Soul Reaper. Being able to leave your body and fight things with a sword you can't lose, and has massive power capability... it would be awesome.

To hear/see peoples' thoughts and see the pictures they imagine in their head. Always been my dream. It would give me something to do instead of daydreaming in school.

It's like the "What would you wish for if you had one wish?" question you asked when you were in primary school. Everyone would say "I'd wish for infinite wishes."

As for Sofee's, reading peoples thoughts, eek. That would be one of the worse powers ever. You'd find out so much that you shouldn't and would utterly ruin most friendships.

Wishes can be foiled so easily.

I'd have the same superpower as the Red Flowers on cave story, except in human form. They can make any animal enraged, grow ten times bigger, and go on a violent killing spree until you kill them. I'd love to have that power, but be able to control what I use it on.

Wow, that'd be nasty. May as well want the "Beast Mastery" power. That way you can also ride on lions :)

Beast Mastery would be fun. I can't seem to choose but I think I would want either flight, beast mastery/Druid, or what Ren said do whatever I want to reality.

The abaility to be irrisistable to women.. oh wait I already have that so um... The power of healing so I can't die and I can heal other people. Plus I would never age unless I chose to and I could reverse it.
